Business Engineer Anlageofferings

Tasks

• Business Engineering within the framework of the strategic initiative "Anlageofferings der Zukunft"
• Analysis of customer needs and functional requirements in the area of mandate and portfolio fund solutions for sales projects in the segments from private customers to private banking
• Preparation and execution of workshops and refinements with business stakeholders as well as representatives from IT teams
• Creation of requirements and especially detailed specifications (features, stories) for the system-side and sometimes organizational implementation of business solutions
• Definition of interface adjustments, data modeling, applicative configurations and if applicable GUI design
• Creation and execution of functional and non-functional tests
• Preparation of decision templates for management
• Stakeholder communication to cross-functional departments as well as cooperative collaboration with IT teams

Requirements

• Higher degree (Uni/FH) in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable training
• Several years of in-depth experience as a Business Engineer or Business Analyst in the implementation of IT projects in the investment area at large banking institutions
• Proven implementation competencies and experience in collaboration with Agile / Scrum teams on the IT side
• Very good knowledge of methodology and procedures in business analysis as well as modeling techniques
• Fluent German skills

• Knowledge of Essential SAFe
