BRITS' PASSION AG is looking for an engaged and flexible employee to complement the existing team. We offer the opportunity for independent and self-determined work in our two shops in Zürich and Rapperswil. In addition to sales-oriented consultation for demanding clientele, tasks include the maintenance of the showroom (decorating, displaying) and the interior (dusting, vacuuming, etc.) as well as the organization of stock levels. Our extensive assortment of English lifestyle and personal care products requires (especially at the beginning) a good grasp and identification with our products. Independent work requires good organizational skills. After the induction period, the responsibility for daily business lies with the employee. In addition to looking after a large regular customer base, it is also necessary to convince tourists of our service and products. Sufficient English skills for simple consultation are therefore a prerequisite. Any further foreign language is a great advantage. A passion for service, high-quality products, and customer contact is very important to us. Accordingly, we are looking for female candidates who like to actively approach customers and want to sell our products with a lot of passion. The candidate's clothing style should correspond to the price segment of our products. However, a sympathetic and style-conscious appearance knows no age with us. Basic computer skills including Excel for operating the cash register are required. The workload is understood as an average figure over a working year and fluctuates seasonally, e.g., during the pre-Christmas period or during holiday or sickness replacements. Therefore, a certain level of flexibility is required. During our main season from the beginning of October - 24. December, no holidays will basically be granted. The exact working days will be determined by arrangement. The specification of 50% is understood as a half-day workload. For reasons of fairness towards the other team members, however, every employee is obliged to work at least one Saturday per month. All employees work on an hourly wage basis.
