Wanted – Crane Operator (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Operating and driving tower cranes on various construction sites
• Safe lifting, transporting, and positioning of building materials and construction elements
• Performing crane work in high-rise and structural engineering
• Operating upper-slewing and lower-slewing cranes
• Precise positioning of formwork elements, reinforcements, and concrete components
• Working with radio remote control or from the crane cabin
• Controlling and checking the cranes before starting work
• Carrying out daily safety and functional checks
• Adhering to the prescribed load capacities and safety distances
• Cooperation with riggers, foremen, and other construction site employees
• Assisting with general construction work if required
• Recognizing and reporting technical malfunctions and safety deficiencies
• Maintenance and care of the work equipment used
• Compliance with safety and quality regulations on the construction site

Your profile:

• Valid crane operator's license category B (mandatory)
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a crane operator (mandatory)
• Very good knowledge in operating tower cranes
• Experience with upper-slewing and lower-slewing cranes
• Confident handling of radio remote controls and crane controls
• Experience in high-rise and structural engineering is an advantage
• Good knowledge of safety regulations in crane operations
• Technical understanding and responsible handling of machines
• Independent and precise working, even under demanding conditions
• German language skills are an advantage
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
• Own car not required
• Not afraid of heights, physically resilient, and reliable
• High safety awareness and good ability to concentrate
• Exact, independent, and team-oriented way of working
