To support the Head of Care Center, we are looking for as of 1.1.2027 or by arrangement a Deputy Head of Care Center 80 - 100% Your tasks You represent the Head of Care Center during his absence and support him in operational and strategic management Technical and organizational leadership of the secretariat and resident administration Responsible for complaint management, quality management as well as support in processing demanding conflict situations Technical responsibility and further development for the resident administration system Nexus Implementation of cantonal projects such as EPD or nursing bed planning Maintenance of external contacts such as doctors, hospitals, authorities, relatives etc. Your profile An education and further training corresponding to the tasks Leadership experience, preferably in the institutional or social sector You communicate confidently at all levels.
