To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a strong-willed and technically proficient personality as of immediately / by arrangement as: Head of Daily Operations – Additive Manufacturing / SLS (100%) Your tasks • Operative leadership: You manage the daily production business in the area of Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and ensure adherence to deadlines. • Team leadership: You lead, motivate, and develop your team of currently 8 employees in production and rework. • Work preparation & CAD: You check incoming customer data, prepare 3D models for printing, and optimize component placement (nesting). • Process and quality management: You monitor powder quality, control machine run times, and continuously optimize production processes. • Interface: You work closely with management and sales to realize customer projects with technical perfection. Your profile • Education: Technical basic training (e.g., polymechanic, designer, plastics technician) with further training as a Techniker HF, Industriemeister, or sound experience in additive manufacturing. • CAD knowledge: Sound and practically proven knowledge in handling CAD software as well as ideally with data preparation tools for 3D printing (e.g., Materialise Magics). • Leadership experience: Demonstrable experience in the personnel leadership of teams (ideally approx. 5–10 people). • Technical know-how: Deep understanding of the SLS process, material properties (e.g., polyamides), and the post-processing steps. • Personality: Structured, solution-oriented way of working, assertiveness, and high communication competence.
