Your task as Marketing and Partner Manager
With our business software, we want to conquer Switzerland and neighboring foreign countries. You will work in our Marketing and Ecosystems team. Your area of responsibility is very versatile and demanding. You will lead many projects and participate in all marketing activities such as Corporate Identity (CI/CD), websites, social media, online and offline advertising, events, newsletters, media communication, blogs, etc. You do all this in close cooperation with our advertising agencies. Using tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Power BI, you monitor the success of campaigns and individual marketing measures.
As a marketing talent, you are interested in topics such as marketing automation, customer journey, and market development strategies - with your own ideas and concepts, you will take our marketing to the next level. You have high standards for creations and designs that you produce with our advertising agencies. In copywriting, you are top-class, so that ChatGPT and Co. are only necessary for support.
An equally important part of your task is partner management. You initiate new partnerships with sales partners, software manufacturers, industry associations, and consultants. You maintain contact with these partners and also support them with technical questions. Over time, you will become quite familiar with our Business Platform, so that you are also the right contact person for our partners regarding technical questions. You will occasionally be out of the office for meetings and exchange with our partners as well as for events.
You manage all your tasks, projects, and activities via our modern Cloud Business Platform Exxas.

You bring several years of marketing experience and want to ensure an impressive market appearance for our company and our products
You are a well-organized marketing talent and can efficiently manage the many tasks with our advertising agencies
You are familiar with the media landscape and online marketing (SEA/SEO)
You are a good copywriter. You enjoy dealing with technology and business software and write journalistic and promotional texts about them.
You are a true organizational talent for events and trade fair appearances with creative ideas. Deadline and delivery pressure do not rattle you.
You have already worked with marketing apps such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Google Analytics and Ads, Wordpress (CMS) or Mailchimp (Newsletter). Editing images or occasionally cutting a simple video? You enjoy this and it is simply a part of it for you.
You are a communicative and reliable personality with high commitment. You can move confidently at C-Level with our partners, actively promoting them but also demanding from them.
You have a driving license Cat. B.
