Bern, Schweiz (and home office) \| 80-80% What you can contribute <br /> • provide administrative support for recognition and registration procedures pertaining to medical professions and participate in their development • examine applications on a formal level and prepare documents for technical processing • establish documents: certificates, identity cards, duplicates, etc. • answer questions in different languages (in writing and by telephone) • participate in meetings and write minutes <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • commercial training or equivalent • experience in administrative tasks, ideally in public administration • meticulous and structured way of working • keen sense of service • active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third; an asset: knowledge of English <br /> In a few words Through your work in the secretariat, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the procedures of the Commission des professions médicales (MEBEKO). By precisely assisting our team in administrative tasks, you will make an important contribution towards enforcing legal provisions and guaranteeing professional standards in the field of medical professions.
