What you do You independently and customer-orientedly manage accident claims files You apply the benefit regulations according to legal and contractual provisions You collaborate closely with our various partners and draft decisions You correspond and conduct interviews with the different parties involved in the settlement of a claim (insured persons, employers, medical service, other insurers, lawyers, …) You detect recourse against liable third parties and other insurers What you bring Completed commercial training, federal diploma in social insurance is an asset Professional experience in managing claims files (an asset) Excellent knowledge of the Swiss social insurance and private insurance systems Reliable, empathetic personality, excellent negotiation skills, and a professional attitude towards clients Mastery of French orally and in writing; good knowledge of German and any other national language constitutes an asset Your contact Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant: Manuela Trezzini () Additional information This position is available part-time or full-time: 80 - 100%.
