Mandated by Surveillance Manager (Compliance Junior) Fr/Eng 100% Mandated by major financial structure, we are recruiting: Surveillance Manager (Compliance Junior) Fr/Eng 100% Within a team of three people, you will be in charge of administrative monitoring of files before and after their admission (affiliation, mutations, LBA reports, investigations, sanctions, etc…), ongoing surveillance and control of audit reports, in direct relation with the handling officers, the Admission Commission, the Surveillance Commission and the director. This position requires good knowledge of Swiss regulations, ideally LBA, LEFin and LSFin. Experience in compliance activities, risk management in the banking sector or wealth management, as well as good notions of financial statement analysis of companies is important. Education and Residence in Switzerland required. Your Mission: Processing of financial institutions' and auditors' files Analysis of asset managers', trustee, etc. files (Regulatory aspects): Subjection of financial institutions: Use of FINMA's EHP database; Prepare files to be reviewed (printing and filing of documents); Contribute to the review, analysis and verification of compliance with regulations of authorization request files Surveillance of financial institutions: Contribute to the review, analysis and verification of modification requests of financial institutions' files transmitted on the EHP platform; Participate in the review, analysis and verification of prudential audit reports submitted by auditors, as well as monitoring the regularization of financial institutions' files; Participate in various ongoing surveillance tasks (in-depth analysis and clarification of files); Approval of auditors: Participate in the review and renewal of approved auditors' files Computer science and databases: a) Participate in maintaining databases and updating information of subject financial institutions and approved auditors on computer platforms; b) Use Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel), internal CRM, video conferencing tools and FINMA's EHP platform. Your skills: Bachelor's degree in law, HEG or Compliance Certification Justify at least 3 years of experience in audit or compliance in Switzerland (financial institution an asset) Current French and mastery of English (German or Italian an asset) Mastery of usual computer tools (MS Office) Endowed with an analytical and methodical spirit Integrity, rigor, sense of discretion Available, versatile, curious, organized person with good adaptability skills.
