Field of responsibility

In this exciting role, you will take on varied tasks:

• Responsibility for the professional management of a diverse portfolio (rental and commercial properties as well as condominium ownership as a focus)
• Independent handling of all administrative activities
• Expert support and advice for owners and tenants
• Leading condominium owners' meetings
• Ensuring ongoing building maintenance as well as organization of external craftsmen
• Participation in acquiring new management mandates
• Taking over individual initial lettings
• Substitution tasks within the team

You will receive energetic support from an administrative assistant. Additionally, depending on experience, there is the possibility to take on versatile additional tasks.

Your strengths and experiences

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Real Estate Manager
• Several years of practical experience in the administration of condominium ownership mandatory
• Experience in the management of residential and commercial properties an advantage
• Service-oriented appearance and strong team spirit
