What you can achieve ## • Maintain our filling, production, packaging, and process plants, support new installations and conversions, and document all relevant steps for quality assurance.   • Be ready for duty in daily operations with occasional on-call service and continuously optimize our plants and components to ensure smooth processes. • Use your metalworking skills (turning, milling, drilling, welding) purposefully and find solutions to technical challenges using a structured approach. • Work closely with technical procurement to efficiently procure required spare parts, while always adhering to all safety guidelines. • Get involved in project EOE (OPTIMO, KAIZEN, KVP) and take on further tasks as specified to support Emmi Process Management. What you bring with you ## • You have a completed EFZ apprenticeship as a polymechanic in maintenance, agricultural/construction machinery mechanic, or comparable qualifications. • Experience in the maintenance of production plants is an advantage, but motivated career changers are also welcome! • Readiness for on-call shifts and occasional weekend shifts. • Safety awareness - your safety and the safety of your colleagues come first! • Strong communication skills and team spirit are essential in our environment. • Good German skills in speaking and writing and you can operate Office programs well.
