Healthcare Specialist FaGe Luzern

Short-stay and outpatient surgery in a family-like environment with lean processes and predictable working hours. In Luzern, we are looking for a Healthcare Specialist (female) or a Healthcare Specialist (male) at a workload of 40 - 100 % as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. At a specialized location for short-stay and outpatient procedures, close, appreciative interdisciplinary cooperation at eye level awaits you.

What awaits you in this responsible task

• You care for freshly operated patients in various specialist fields
• By delegation, you participate in planning, initiating, and implementing diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• You are a competent contact person for important non-medical services
• You work constructively with nursing specialists as well as attending physicians
• You accompany, promote, and support trainees in their education and actively help shape their professional and personal development

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
• Great flexibility, resilience, and high organizational talent
• Good IT user knowledge
• Good German skills in speaking and writing (C1 certificate)
