Plant Operator / Maintenance Technician

To strengthen our dedicated team, we are looking for you as: Plant Operator / Maintenance Technician Your area of responsibility includes: • Technical support and ensuring the trouble-free operation of our automated production and assembly lines (focus on day shift) • Deputizing for plant operators during planned and unplanned absences in 2-shift operation • Planning and carrying out maintenance, maintenance, and maintenance work on the assigned plants and lines according to the system • Analyzing malfunctions, systematic fault diagnosis, and sustainable troubleshooting of technical problems • Setting up, re-equipping, and recommissioning plants and production lines • Carrying out measurements, function tests, and quality controls according to internal guidelines • Analyzing process and quality deviations • Documenting maintenance work, malfunctions, measurement results, and relevant process data • Providing technical support and guidance to employees in the production environment • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations Our requirements for you: • Completed technical basic training in the mechanical, electromechanical, or mechatronic field (e.g., polymechanics, production mechanic, automation engineer, mechatronics engineer, operational mechanic, or comparable) • Several years of experience in the operation, maintenance, or maintenance of production plants is an advantage • Good knowledge of assembly technology, pneumatics, control technology, and automation • Safe handling of measuring and testing equipment • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach • Independent, reliable, and precise working method • Teamwork and clear and constructive communication skills • High quality awareness and pronounced sense of responsibility • Flexibility and willingness for planned and unplanned deployments in shift operation We offer you: You can expect an exciting and varied activity in a dynamic market environment of the automotive industry.
