Welcome Nurse in Pediatrics - CDM 9 months 80% The Mother/Child department offers patients multidisciplinary care. A team of professionals composed of doctors, nurses, and nursing assistants takes care of children and their families in a dedicated space for their well-being, from birth to 18 years old. To complete our service, we are recruiting a Nurse in Pediatrics - CDM 9 months 80% (ref: 1938) Your mission: In a cutting-edge establishment, you occupy a varied position within a multidisciplinary team comprising nurses, nursing assistants, gynecologists, and pediatricians. You will have to ensure the reception of children and newborns with polyvalent pathologies, as part of a comprehensive care in the acute phase. As such, you are in charge of: • Welcoming families and collecting information about the child's development and health, • Providing general care and administering treatments, • Managing emergency situations, to accompany patients and their loved ones, by leveraging your human and technical qualities, • Taking care of every newborn at term or preterm (34 weeks minimum) requiring close monitoring or specialized care, • Fostering the relationship and communication with families We are looking for a profile that meets the following criteria: • 2 to 3 years of experience minimum in a hospital structure • Swiss nurse diploma or benefiting from recognition by the Swiss Red Cross • Diploma in Pediatrics, and/or Neonatology is a real asset • Autonomy, benevolence, versatility, adaptability, organization, and sense of priorities are essential qualities.
