For our high-performance, human-sized team based in Sursee and in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a competent and autonomous consultant (80-100%) responsible for advising healthcare professionals and institutions in French-speaking Switzerland Your tasks - Accompaniment of healthcare professionals for business management issues, such as opening, creating and selling a medical practice - Accompaniment of medical practice owners in setting up a succession solution - Acquisition of mandates in the placement area and accompaniment during recruitment, from needs analysis to contract signing - Analysis of financial and organizational aspects and, in this context, handling questions such as realizing company valuations and optimizing processes - Autonomous management of the economic and legal aspects of projects and monitoring of these in collaboration with the legal team - Establishment, maintenance and strengthening of long-term relationships with clients and business partners in the French-speaking market - Animation of seminars and conferences in front of doctors Your profile - Master's degree in business management (higher education or university) or equivalent diploma in another field, supplemented by continuing education in business management - Several years of professional experience, preferably in the healthcare sector - A competent and confident attitude towards the medical profession, hospital management and the network FMH Consulting Services - Travel in French-speaking Switzerland representing 20 to 40% of working time - Experience in project management - Very good command of French and German, both written and spoken (bilingual or equivalent level) - Sense of negotiation and proactivity - Accustomed to conceptual work and interdisciplinary approach - Very good command of Microsoft Office products What awaits you - Modern working environment - Interesting social benefits - Autonomy in work and time management - Friendly team - Work appreciated by clients and the network After a thorough introduction in Sursee, you will be accompanied by an experienced team of consultants and lawyers in Sursee.
