YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Undertaking all infrastructural tasks in Facility Management
• General caretaker tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, garden and landscaping work, winter service)
• Carrying out unplanned repairs on building technology systems
• Monitoring and regular maintenance of building and facility technology
• Coordination of planned maintenance with internal and external contact persons
• Supervision and control of third-party companies and craftsmen in the building
• Planning and implementation of smaller renovations and adjustments
• Participation in on-call service and support during emergencies

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Completed training as a specialist in operations maintenance, sanitary installer, or comparable manual training
• Professional experience in Facility Management or in building technology is an advantage
• Technical understanding of building and facility technology (sanitary, heating, electrical)
• Willingness to perform on-call service and occasional assignments outside of regular working hours
• Independent, reliable, and flexible way of working
• Driver's license category B
