As Regional Operation Manager (m/f/d) German-speaking Switzerland East, you are responsible for high customer satisfaction by purposefully leading the service activities of all technologies. In addition, you further develop the service team with leadership competence and as a coach. You promote interdisciplinary cooperation and act as an active team member of the Switzerland-wide Commercial Service organization. Your tasks: As Regional Operation Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for: revenue, margins, productivity and capacity utilization the technical and disciplinary management of the service technicians, planners & coordinators of the region and their further development the definition, organization and monitoring of the required resources (personnel and material) for the timely processing of orders/requests order receipt, order processing, execution of jobs and their billing the satisfaction of our customers and steady improvement of customer loyalty the implementation or optimization of our processes monitoring & compliance with quality standards the implementation and compliance with the Group's EHS & ethics guidelines Your profile: Successfully completed commercial or technical apprenticeship/training with or similar qualification business administration knowledge, ideally with a degree operational experience in the service or project business strong service mentality and ability to work in a team strong communication skills and constant exchange with the team persuasive paired with assertiveness structured, flexible and solution-oriented working organizational skills Good MS-Office skills, English skills are an advantage Our offer: Our employees are the key to bringing our vision to life.
