Job description
FaBe EFZ with heart wanted - for our family-like MiniKita in Zug The MiniKita Zug GmbH is looking for a certified specialist in care (FaBe) in the function of Co-educator / Co-Group Leader as of November or by arrangement to reinforce our loving and committed small team in the MiniKita Wichtel in Zug. MiniKita Zug GmbH is growing steadily and now we are looking for energetic support. Initially, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday at 60% is primarily intended. The workload can be increased to 80% - 100% if possible. You fit with us if - - you enjoy working in a small, family-like setting. - you respond to the needs of each individual child. - you accompany with heart, creativity, patience and congruence. The MiniKita is entirely characterized by "mini" - a place where children may experience security, closeness and a second home. We care for children from 3 months up to entering kindergarten. The Kita has its own garden, is located in a child-friendly environment and thrives on a good caregiver-to-child ratio, which allows us to respond individually to every child. Your tasks with us:

Independent coverage of early or late shifts
Co-design and accompaniment of everyday life with children
Co-responsibility for a mixed-age group of children
Cooperation with group and site management as well as management
Active everyday structuring and weekly planning
Implementation of our pedagogical concept in everyday life
Co-design of projects, excursions and activities
Parent work
Optional: Instruction of apprentices as BB

Completed training as Fachperson Betreuung EFZ
