The PEMS CRENOL (Pôle Educatif en Milieu Scolaire), consisting of a team of 8 educators and one unit manager, deploys its activities within the school establishments of the municipalities of the Couronne Nord Ouest lausannoise and offers support and interventions within the school and/or family framework. • You are: You hold a HES social educator diploma or training deemed equivalent and can justify a minimum of 5 years of practice within an educational home with children and/or adolescents as well as a first successful experience in team management. Your solid experience with school networks and in working with families as well as your knowledge of the social network of the CRENOL region are also imperative criteria. You are recognized for your ability to listen and adapt, your discretion, your dynamism and demonstrate excellent skills in collaborating within a network of multidisciplinary professional partners. Due to your activity with minors, you will be required to provide a clean criminal record. You hold a driver's license and have a vehicle available. • Working at PEMS CRENOL as a unit manager means notably: \- Managing, supporting and ensuring the educational cohesion of a team of eight educators. \- Responding effectively to emergencies and unforeseen events. \- Informing and collaborating with the association's management (assistant director responsible for structures) and school establishments. \- Ensuring high-quality individual educational support for students. \- Advising students, teachers, parents or any other stakeholder in relation to the school, regarding educational, integration, behavior, absenteeism, offenses, legal or financial issues, - \- Facilitating relations between partners in resolving reported problems. \- Imagining strategies to remedy issues by proposing, if necessary, educational, psychological, medical, social or financial aid measures. \- Supporting various partners in procedures with organizations or specialists. \- Ensuring support within the school and/or family framework to promote the social and cultural integration of the child and their family. \- Participating in various pedagogical projects and events. • But it is also: \- Working conditions based on the CCT in the Vaudois Parapublic Social Sector \- First-class social benefits \- Regular salary progression linked to your experience \- A benevolent, convivial and dynamic working environment where your ideas will always be welcome \- Possibilities for continuing education and internal training offers Do you wish to join our team?
