Senior SAP BCS/4HANA Consultant

• IT - Software Engineering • Bern • Contracting • Full-time • 01.09.2026 - 30.10.2026 ++ • SAP BCS, SAP S/4HANA Your tasks: • Analysis of the existing SAP SEM-BCS landscape including system architecture, data models and consolidation processes • Development of a target concept for the migration to SAP BCS/4HANA as well as evaluation of possible solution approaches • Migration and customizing of master data, transactional data, consolidation cycles and rule sets • Integration of data from SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA as well as other source systems • Planning and execution of tests, parallel runs and validation of the consolidation results • Creation of system and process documentation as well as training of the key users • Close cooperation with specialist departments and stakeholders during the entire project duration • Support in the continuous optimization of the consolidation and reporting processes Your profile: • Several years of experience as an SAP BCS Consultant or SAP SEM-BCS Consultant • Sound knowledge in SAP SEM-BCS, especially in administration, customizing and rule development • Experience in migration or transformation projects to SAP BCS/4HANA or SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting • Very good understanding of group consolidation according to IFRS or Swiss GAAP • Knowledge in BW or BW/4HANA as well as in handling data models and reporting structures • Experience in the integration of SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA and other source systems • Ideally knowledge in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) as well as the integration of S/4HANA Finance • Experience in agile project methods such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe is an advantage • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as high personal responsibility • Business fluent English skills, German skills are an advantage
