Then join us to shape the shopping experience of tomorrow! ## To strengthen our team in the ladies' confection sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed person as an Assistant/e Floor Manager, 100%, immediately or by agreement, for an indefinite period, at the Geneva site. ## Your responsibilities • You support the Floor Manager in his/her daily activities. • You ensure the implementation of operational activities on the sales floor. • You are responsible for careful merchandising. • You accompany and coach employees on the sales floor. • You guarantee a customer-oriented organization. • You ensure the availability of goods and inventory management, and you communicate specific needs to headquarters. • You lead sessions with the sales team. • You are responsible for achieving agreed budget and performance targets. Your profile • Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail trade in the fashion/textile sector. • You have experience in fashion sales in a medium/high-end environment. • You have initial professional experience in an equivalent activity. • You are able to organize and lead a team in an autonomous and competent manner. • You are an experienced and motivated person with development potential, and you want to move to the next step in your career. • You are able to adapt to a high frequency of customers and remain calm and have an overview in busy situations. • You speak French fluently and preferably have knowledge of another national language.
