During your three-year training, you will gain insight into various departments and will be deployed in the following work situations: Receiving and directing bank customers Advising bank customers Supporting bank customers via digital channels Assisting in customer consultation Administratively preparing and processing banking transactions Planning and implementation of various events In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete the training with us either as an extended basic education (EFZ) or with vocational baccalaureate (Berufsmaturität). What do you bring with you?
