For our new and modern store & bistro in Wil, we are looking for a committed and creative personality from October 1, 2026, or by agreement. Our store & bistro is a lively operation close to the 1st labor market. We offer a wide range of food products in organic quality. In our small bistro, we serve daily lunch snacks and invite you to drink coffee and linger. Your task - close to people Your future area of responsibility • Instruction and involvement of our trainees and people with special needs in everyday work • Reporting, client documentation and independent coordination and implementation of all on-site discussions • Promotion plans and target agreements taking into account training guidelines • Cooperation with IV offices, legal representatives, external and internal specialists • Training responsibility for PrA, EBA and EFZ trainees in retail • Participation in retail and bistro as well as in seasonal decorations Your profile • You have completed vocational training EFZ in retail or the food industry and have several years of professional experience • You have completed training in the agogic or social field and have several years of professional experience in a comparable position (mandatory) • You take on responsibility, work in a structured manner and think in a business management way • You have experience in vocational training • You approach people in need of support with respect, patience and enthusiasm and support them competently in everyday life • You are communicative, take on a role model function • You work independently, in a structured and team-oriented manner • You are resilient, flexible and keep a cool head even in hectic situations What we offer you • Meaningful work in a social and appreciative environment • A lot of freedom to implement your own ideas • 5 weeks of vacation, fair pay and generous employee discount • A set up team of specialists • We would be happy to show you further benefits in person Are you the committed personality who will become part of our team in our store & bistro?
