You are the expert for everything related to windows and look after your customers from A to Z. Besides this, you support the field service at their customers and ensure that everyone is always up to date.

Your tasks:
Active support of assigned window customers in the areas ZH, BE and BS
Operative support of field service employees in the window area
Close cooperation with the internal sales service to ensure smooth communication and processing of customer inquiries
Acquisition of new customers in the field of window technology
Participation in the window technology specialist group as well as in product-related projects
Support in market and competitor analyses
Participation in the planning and implementation of product launches
Your profile:
Completed vocational training as or Joiner
Many years of experience in the planning or assembly of windows
Technical or business administration further training is an advantage
Experience in customer support in the window industry is an advantage
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
Confident handling of Microsoft 365
Structured, reliable and exact way of working
Team-oriented, communicative and solution-oriented
Enjoyment in dealing with technical products and internal interfaces
Driving license Cat. B mandatory
