ICT Service and Integration Manager

Berne \| 80-80% What you can contribute <br /> • Autonomously guarantee efficient IT services and assume overall responsibility for them • Develop, plan, steer, implement, ensure, and control IT service management and operations processes • Negotiate, harmonize, and update service level agreements (SLA) and continuously monitor their proper application • Advise and support internal stakeholders during the development of service contracts with suppliers and partners • Manage and optimize the change management process (IT-Change Management) and ensure the coordinated transfer of all IT changes into the production environment • Provide deputy support for our office manager <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Completed higher education (HES, university) in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent practical experience • Validated knowledge in information and communication technologies and several years of experience in application integration • Excellent analytical and design skills, methodical approach, and ability to think in networks • Ability to work in an autonomous manner, oriented towards quality and results • Knowledge of the federal administration is an asset • Knowledge of office software (Windows, Office M365) is an asset <br /> In a few words With your expertise, contribute to shaping the digital future of our office.
