For our motivated team at the Böckten location, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a

Team Leader / Plant Operator, 100%

You will take responsibility for a central production area and lead your team with commitment and foresight. Together with the relevant interfaces, you will ensure a smooth production process, the optimal use of resources, and timely customer delivery. In doing so, you will actively drive process improvements and ensure the highest quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Tasks

• Responsibility for leading an assigned team in an area of the bakery or at a production plant
• Ensuring optimal personnel deployment in cooperation with the department manager
• Organization and continuous optimization of processes in the responsible production area
• Coordination and optimization of the daily production planning in close cooperation with the department manager and the AVOR
• Ensuring optimal product availability
• Active participation in continuous improvement (KVP) as well as implementation of optimization measures within your own area of responsibility
• Responsibility for compliance with quality guidelines as well as the implementation and monitoring of hygiene and safety regulations
• Creation of the daily report as well as timely information to the department manager regarding deviations
• Cooperation in production

Your field of activity includes the production, frozen, and baking areas of the bakery.

Requirements

• Completed training in the food, logistics, or production sector
• Initial leadership experience in a similar position
• Strong quality awareness as well as a high understanding of hygiene and safety standards
• Structured, organized, and solution-oriented way of working
• Entrepreneurial mindset, assertiveness, and decisiveness
• Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• Analytical mindset and enjoyment in continuously improving processes
• Very good German skills
