For one of our clients active in the watchmaking sector, we are looking for an operator for the Ébauche Décors department. Your tasks • Realize the various watch decorations while respecting quality criteria and production objectives • Perform the various end-of-flow operations • Realize brushing and mise en bouclard work • Perform precise and careful work in compliance with procedures Your profile • Experience in the field of watch decoration • Rigorous, organized and methodical person • Meticulous with very good dexterity • Comfortable with work requiring precision and minutiae • Available to work in 2x8 shifts • Flexibility regarding working hours required in the long term
