It coordinates the Neuchâtel healthcare system and ensures the provision of services that meet identified needs. It is in charge of the quality of services provided by healthcare providers (institutions and individuals practicing in health professions). Your missions Ensure the overall management of the program You work in close collaboration with stakeholders to shape the program scope, participate in the development of its roadmap, and set operational priorities that will impact the future of the organization. Animate and align all program actors At the heart of exchanges, you foster collaboration between all teams and decision-makers to guarantee perfect alignment, maintain fluid communication, and represent the program to authorities and key partners. Supervise performance and guarantee results You plan, monitor, and optimize project progress by ensuring the monitoring of indicators and reporting, as well as compliance with deadlines, deliverables, and the budget. Anticipate challenges and drive change Proactively, you identify risks, propose alternative solutions, and manage resistance. Your profile Holder of a master's degree supplemented by training in project management, you possess proven expertise in managing large-scale programs and have a real talent for translating complex political directives into concrete and measurable action plans. Knowledge of the health or public sector represents a major asset.
