Your challenge
Inspection and maintenance services in the HLKS area (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary)
Commissioning and maintenance of the components and systems of the technical plants
Carrying out repairs on plants and / or individual components
Performing error analyses and error rectifications for troubleshooting
Quality- and entrepreneurially-oriented customer advice
Participation in projects to improve operational processes of the technical service
Replacement of site employees at the corresponding sites
Performing on-call service
Your profile
Completed vocational training as a building technician in the HLKS area
Several years of service experience in the HLKS area
NIV15 holder or ready to complete the training
Proficient German, any further language is an advantage
Good IT skills
Basic knowledge of building automation systems/control
Resilient and reliable personality
Independent and service-oriented way of working
Flexibility and willingness to travel
Readiness for on-call service
Driver's license category B
