The Sennhof offers in the modernized historic building as well as the new building «Diamant» with the large park area a home for over 120 people, of which 40 people live in the spacious protected living area. Our 220 employees are very concerned about individual care and support, a varied range of food and a wide range of cultural and social events. To strengthen our night watch team, we are looking for a motivated and innovative personality immediately or by agreement.
Your main tasks
Personnel, organizational and technical management of the night watch team
Responsible for the implementation of a needs-based and technically correct care and support
Responsible for an adequate and address-specific flow of information
Practical collaboration in care and support
Our requirements
Tertiary education (HF/DNI/DNII/AKP/PsyKP), ideally further training as a team leader
Good leadership, social, methodological and technical skills
Outstanding communication skills in dealing with older people
Good IT skills, ideally experience with RAI/RUG

Annual salary at 100% CHF 80‘000 to 105‘000 and 5 weeks of vacation, and from 50 years of age 6 weeks of vacation
