Job Description:

• Responsibility for the successful implementation and commissioning of modern IT solutions at customer sites
• Integration of new systems into existing IT infrastructures as well as ensuring optimal technical connectivity
• Execution of error analyses and technical support to ensure trouble-free operation
• Support and advice for users during the entire introduction process of new technologies
• Collaboration in exciting rollout and digitalization projects as well as close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile:

• Completed training in the field of computer science, systems engineering, networks or a comparable technical qualification
• Professional experience in IT support, field service, rollout management or in the implementation of technical solutions is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Windows and ideally macOS environments
• Solution-oriented, analytical and structured way of working with high service orientation
• Very good German as well as good French skills; English skills are a plus
• Driver's license category B as well as willingness for regular travel within Switzerland
