• Lead complex construction projects with a focus on track and participate in the planning of execution
• Coordinate railway technology together with specialist departments
• Take responsibility for costs, quality, and deadlines in railway construction
• Plan personnel, machines, and intervals proactively and efficiently
• Actively shape safety on construction sites and consistently implement standards

What you bring with you:

• Further training as a Construction Manager, Technician HF, or equivalent qualification
• Technical understanding in the construction or infrastructure sector, experience in the railway environment is an advantage
• Securely coordinate different stakeholder groups with a clear appearance
• Independent, structured way of working and a high sense of responsibility for quality, deadlines, and safety
• Proficient German language skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license Cat. B
