Store Manager Basel (m/f/d) 100% Here you will bubble with enthusiasm: You take on overall responsibility for the store and lead your team (3 employees and temporary staff) with enthusiasm, clarity, and a role model function. You manage the store entrepreneurially, keep an eye on turnover, costs, and important key figures, and derive the right measures from them. With your passion for sales, you advise our customers personally and competently. You handle orders, inventory management, and bookings confidently; cleanliness and perfect price labeling? A matter of course for you. You design and look after promotional areas with creativity and an eye for detail. You actively manage and promote our Liquidomaten. Through your proactive customer acquisition, you inspire new customers and retain existing ones. You actively promote our Liquid Member Card as well as other sales promotions. You organize tastings and events. You contribute ideas for the further development of the assortment and the store performance. What you have in your assortment: Experience in a leadership role in retail, in the wine and spirits industry, or gastronomy. You have sound knowledge in the world of wines and spirits – ideally through training such as WESET or certified Sommelier/Sommelière. Passion for tastings and events? Exactly your thing! You know how to inspire customers and build long-term relationships. You think entrepreneurially, take responsibility, and make decisions with foresight. Your customer orientation and service mentality set standards. Enthusiasm for extraordinary products is in your DNA – and you succeed in transferring this passion to others. You are proficient in MS Office and your German skills in speaking and writing are strong.
