• Preparation and cooking of cold and warm dishes
• Mise en place and support in daily production planning
• Ensuring smooth processes in the kitchen
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP guidelines
• Control of goods quality as well as professional storage of food
• Support with ordering goods and inventory management
• Co-responsibility for order and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Collaboration in the development of new dishes and seasonal offers

Your profile

• Professional experience as a cook or assistant cook is an advantage
• Experience in Balkan cuisine
• Passion for fresh food and high-quality dishes
• Independent, clean, and structured way of working
• Resilience and the ability to work efficiently even in hectic situations
• Teamwork skills, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Good German skills, other language skills are an advantage
• Readiness for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
