To strengthen our HR organization in St. Gallen, we are looking for an experienced personality as Senior HR Business Partner Manufacturing (all genders) who will strategically and operationally support our production areas and actively contribute to the further development of our performance- and value-oriented corporate culture. Your role As Senior HR Business Partner, you are a central interface between HR and the business. You work closely with executives, global HR teams, and internal and external partners, and make a significant contribution to the implementation of our HR strategy in the production environment. Your tasks • Implementation of the global and segment-specific HR strategy at regional and local level • Advice and support for executives and employees along the entire Employee Lifecycle (Recruiting, Onboarding, Development, Performance Management, Retention, Offboarding) • Coaching of executives on leadership topics, employee development, and engagement • Ensuring the consistent application of global HR guidelines, taking into account local legal and cultural requirements • Support for organizational changes (e.g., reorganizations, role adjustments) including communication and change management • Promotion of an inclusive, high-performance, and health-oriented corporate culture • Analysis of HR key figures to derive recommendations for action for management • Support for talent and succession planning processes in close cooperation with HR colleagues • Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements in cooperation with Employee Relations, Legal, and Compliance • Living and actively promoting our corporate values Your profile • Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field (Master's or HR certification such as SHRM/CIPD an advantage) • At least 7 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a global or matrix-organized environment • In-depth knowledge of central HR disciplines and labor law • Experience in supporting HR initiatives and change processes • Strong organizational and project management skills • Secure handling of HR systems and Microsoft Office • Negotiation-secure English skills, additional languages an advantage Your competencies • Strong implementation capability in HR processes and programs • Consulting strength in dealing with executives • High judgment and pronounced risk awareness • Ability to support change and transformation processes • Data- and analysis-based work • Strong team and networking skills • Convincing communication and influence skills • Integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness • High flexibility, resilience, and intercultural sensitivity CSL Behring is a global biotherapeutics leader driven by our promise to save lives.
