Social Educator We are a special school boarding school recognized by the Canton of St. Gallen. In our facility, 32 children and young people live and learn, for whom special education and pedagogical care are indicated. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a social educator 80% as of October 20, 2026 Your tasks are • Supervision and accompaniment of children and young people in the residential group • Leisure activities and experiential work with children and young people • Administrative tasks • Independent completion of practical and household tasks • Cooperation with the family, professional and therapeutic environment of children and young people You are • trained as a social educator HF/BA. • familiar with dealing with children and young people and can assert yourself appropriately. • well-disposed, respectful and appreciative towards challenging children and young people. • team-, relationship- and conflict-capable. • enthusiastic, committed and resilient. • willing to work with flexible working hours (weekends, evenings). • Motivated to deal with the trauma-pedagogical basic attitude and the New Authority. • interested in identifying with our Christian basic values.
