In this key role, you will combine operational leadership, customer orientation, and strategic development. In doing so, you will significantly shape the future of special cleaning in your region. ### What awaits you * You lead, develop, and coach employees as well as team leaders in the area of special cleaning. * You take overall responsibility for operational service delivery and ensure the highest quality standards. * You plan, coordinate, and optimize special cleaning orders with regard to quality, efficiency, and economic efficiency. * You maintain existing customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. * You are responsible for the budget, costs, and results of your division. * You recognize market potentials and support offers, tenders, and the acquisition of new orders. * You continuously develop processes, standards, and working methods. * You work closely with internal and external stakeholders. ### What you bring with you * Several years (at least 5 years) of professional experience in special cleaning, building cleaning, or a comparable service environment. * Experience in leading employees and teams. * Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong awareness of costs and quality. * High service understanding and enjoyment of customer contact. * Organizational strength, initiative, and a solution-oriented way of working. * Very good German skills in speaking and writing. * Good MS (365) knowledge is a matter of course for you. * Driver's license category B. ### What we offer you * A newly created leadership function with plenty of creative freedom.
