We are looking for an engaged personality with an independent and structured way of working as: E-Commerce Sales Manager Marketplaces 80–100% (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement. Your Role Do you want to not only manage e-commerce but actively develop revenue? In this role, you are responsible for the commercial further development of our marketplace business with a focus on Galaxus. Your focus is on sales, performance and marketplace optimization. You ensure that our assortment is positioned visibly, attractively and competitively on Galaxus and additionally contribute impulses to further dynamize online sales via our existing webshop. Webshop technology and Digital Marketing are covered by specialized teams. You focus fully on revenue growth, offer quality and commercial impact. Your Tasks You further develop our marketplace business operatively and commercially with a focus on Galaxus and prepare existing webshop articles specifically for Galaxus with attributes, images, product information and other marketplace data. You optimize product data, categories, variants and content to improve visibility, findability, conversion and sales success. You ensure that our offers are presented on Galaxus completely, correctly, currently and in a sales-promoting manner. You analyze sales figures, margins, assortment success and marketplace performance and derive concrete measures to increase revenue. You participate in the control of assortments, prices, actions and promotions in coordination with purchasing, category management and marketing. You observe competition, price development, customer behavior and marketplace trends and identify new potentials from them. You coordinate internal interfaces to purchasing, category management, product data/PIM, logistics, customer service, digital marketing and webshop management. You optimize processes around data enrichment, marketplace maintenance, offer quality and performance reporting. You contribute impulses to sustainably increase online revenue via Galaxus and the own webshop. Your Profile You have experience in e-commerce (online sales), marketplace management, product data management or in a comparable commercial online sales role. You understand how online marketplaces work; experience with Galaxus or other marketplaces is an advantage. You have practical experience in the maintenance, enrichment and optimization of product data in marketplace, PIM, ERP or webshop systems. You think in an oriented sales manner and have a good sense for revenue potential, assortment, prices, margin, availability and online performance. You work confidently with numbers, reports and KPIs and derive concrete sales initiatives from them. You work in a structured, exact and reliable manner, especially with product data, attributes, images and marketplace maintenance. You roll up your sleeves operatively and at the same time keep the commercial goals in view. You have a good sense for customer needs, product presentation and sales-strong offers.
