YOUR TASKS • As the first point of contact, you will receive our patients and customers • You are responsible for a smooth appointment scheduling including data entry at the reception and on the phone • You will complete all administrative tasks of the therapies including processing mail, emails, and supporting deployment planning • With your pronounced organizational skills, you are a valuable support for the team <br /> YOUR PROFILE • You have completed your training as a medical secretary or business administrator and have knowledge of medical terminology • You have a pronounced service mentality and high stress tolerance • Your way of working is expeditious, you have organizational skills and a quick grasp with an eye for the work at hand • Correspondence with internal and external offices is easy for you • You enjoy direct and telephone contact with patients and customers • Ideally, your working days are Monday, Thursday, and Friday <br /> OUR OFFER • You are part of a collegial, lively team in our family-friendly clinic • For just CHF 5.- per day, you are provided with a meal in our varied staff restaurant, with coffee, tea, mineral water, and seasonal fruits • Do you like to travel by public transport or bike?
