You will hold a versatile position combining technical expertise, operational management, and team supervision. Your objective is to ensure efficient and high-quality production, optimize workflows, and maintain close collaboration with the various departments.

Your main responsibilities

Supervise, support, and unite the employees of the prepress and large format printing workshop.
Coordinate and distribute production activities according to priorities, deadlines, and available resources.
Verify the quality and technical compliance of files before production.
Perform RIP checks while respecting internal procedures and requirements.
Ensure color fidelity and the colorimetric quality of prints.
Monitor stocks and anticipate needs for consumables.

Prepress Coordinator (m/f)

• Evolve procedures and optimize working methods in order to improve the performance of the sector.

Your profile

You hold a CFC in polygraphy or an equivalent training in the field of prepress or graphic arts, and have proven experience in file preparation. Experience in large format printing and advertising production is an asset.

You are attentive to quality and precision, with solid knowledge in colorimetry. The creation of printing profiles represents an additional advantage.

You have perfect mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. Knowledge of Caldera software is a plus.

You use Google Workspace with ease. Experience with prepress workflow management and automation solutions, such as Switch or Cloudflow, as well as digital cutting equipment, is appreciated.

You demonstrate rigor, organization, and flexibility. You know how to manage emergencies and prioritize, while maintaining your efficiency during periods of high activity.
