This is a permanent position on an hourly basis from 01.08.2026 or by arrangement.

Areas of responsibility:

• Ensuring night rest and regulated processes during the night
• Contact person for adolescents in crisis situations or emergencies
• Cooperation with families / reference persons
• Cooperation with the day team and handover of relevant information
• Documentation of nocturnal occurrences and compliance with institutional guidelines
• Administrative tasks within the framework of client clarification

Requirement profile:

• Completed training in the field of social or special pedagogy; Psychiatric Nursing HF/FH
• Experience in (inpatient) work with adolescents
• Ability to act calmly and professionally in challenging situations
• Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working
• Resilience and assertiveness
• Residence in the Bern region is an advantage
