In order to complete its teams, the Service de la Police municipale is looking for the future person who will occupy the position of Patrol Officer - CDI (M/F) Class 6 Your mission: * Ensure the safety of children during school entry and exit times; * Protect schoolchildren from traffic dangers by facilitating their crossing of the roadway; * Contribute to road education by monitoring the behavior of students in road traffic; * Perform the following schedules: Mandatory availability from Tuesday to Friday. The schedules may be slightly modified depending on the evolving needs of the Service. Planned schedules: Tuesday 7h35-8h45 / 11h30-11h50 / 13h10-14h00 / 16h00-16h20 Wednesday 7h35-8h05 / 11h30-11h50 Thursday 7h35-8h45 / 11h30-11h50 / 13h10-14h00 / 16h00-16h20 Friday 7h35-8h45 / 11h30-11h50 / 13h10-14h00 / 16h00-16h20 This schedule corresponds to a work rate of Your profile: * Be at least 20 years old; * Be of Swiss nationality or benefit from a valid permit; * Be able to present a clean criminal record; * Be domiciled in the commune de Plan-les-Ouates or in the nearby region; * Have a good command of French; * Demonstrate punctuality; * Be willing to guarantee the aforementioned split shifts; * Enjoy close contact with the population; * Ensure replacements if needed; * Possess good knowledge regarding traffic, road signaling, laws and regulations (specific training will also be provided for this purpose); * Be willing to work outdoors in all weather.
