Manufacturing Operator (Professional) 3-Schicht

Ensuring the qualitatively flawless production of individual parts / assemblies
Documenting processes and all procedures in connection with production facilities
Implementing all guidelines, regulations, and specifications, including safety regulations
Ensuring the flow of information and communication to higher-level positions
Recognizing and reporting product and process deviations
Actively participating in the continuous improvement process and 5S
Implementing specifications regarding order and cleanliness
Taking on special tasks as specified by the management
Troubleshooting during ongoing operations
Assisting with inspections and maintenance
Completed basic training EBA / EFZ
3-6 years of professional experience in a technical environment
Technical understanding is an advantage
Exact, diligent, and careful working method
Good communication and conflict skills
Good German language skills (at least B2)
