We have sales and production locations close to our markets in Asia, Europe and America. The headquarters is in Frick - and the central control of our procurement activities also takes place here.
To implement our global procurement strategy, we need reinforcement with you as Commodity Group Manager.
Your knowledge of electronic components is very important to us. To prepare you solidly for the task, we will invest heavily in induction during the first months, e.g., also with practical assignments in assembly, in operational purchasing and with product training for our various machine types.
Tasks:
Participation in the implementation of the Commodity Group / procurement goals
Evaluation, establishment and support of suppliers in the assigned Commodity Groups
Establishment and ensuring of partnership-based supplier relationships (price, quality, deadline, flexibility, problem solving)
Support of stakeholders in procurement-relevant questions
Ensuring a high availability of material with the lowest possible capital commitment
Ensuring market-compliant prices
Master data maintenance at planning level, demanding the remaining master data
Active participation in the global Commodity Group Management currently being established and change management measures
Requirements:
Technical basic training in electronics / electromechanics
Procurement-specific training or business administration further education
3 - 5 years experience as Commodity Group Manager or strategic buyer
Negotiation skills in German and English
Willingness to travel
Initiative, independence, high resilience, analytical thinking
Team player, adept in dealing with other cultures
