Aware and attached to our role in the basic training of the caregivers of tomorrow, we also actively collaborate with the nursing schools in the region and welcome around twenty nursing students per year, as well as APS, ASSC, Ergothérapeutes and Croix-Rouge trainees. An expansion project is planned for 2027, with the relocation of services to new premises currently under construction on the hospital site. Within our rehabilitation department, our multidisciplinary team accompanies patients with professionalism and kindness in order to promote their recovery, autonomy and quality of life thanks to a comprehensive and personalized approach, adapted to each person's needs. Since 2024, we have also been welcoming patients in acute geriatrics. To strengthen this team, we are looking for: Nurse 80% - 100% Mission To provide quality nursing care to patients while respecting their needs and rehabilitation goals. To take charge, in a pair with an ASSC or an auxiliary, of a group of patients by ensuring technical care, prescribed treatments and clinical follow-up. To participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of individualized care projects. To accompany patients throughout their stay, in particular during admissions, transfers and departures. To collaborate closely with all professionals involved in patient care in order to promote functional recovery, autonomy and quality of life for patients. To actively participate in the supervision of students, trainees and new employees. To contribute to the continuous improvement of the department's practices as well as the quality and safety of care. Sought profile Technical skills Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent title recognized in Switzerland. Mastery of technical nursing care and ability to manage complex clinical situations. Ease of use of usual computer tools (mastery of SOARIAN, an asset). Professional experience in rehabilitation, acute geriatrics or hospital setting, a serious asset. Holder of a CAS Praticien Formateur (PF) or FEE certification, an asset. Human skills Marked interest in the care of patients in rehabilitation and acute geriatrics. Excellent relational, listening and communication skills with patients, their loved ones and teams. Ability to work autonomously, with a critical spirit and a sense of responsibility. Ability to apprehend the patient's situation in its entirety and to contribute actively to interprofessional work. Great adaptability, good priority management and ease in the face of the unexpected.
