The employer is looking for three: Special Post-Construction Cleaning Assistant (reported profession) Tasks: • deep final construction site cleaning (removal of lime, paint, silicone, fine dust residues). • use of specific machinery (monobrush, industrial liquid/solid vacuum cleaners). • treatment of delicate surfaces and post-laying flooring. Fundamental requirements: • previous and documentable experience specifically in post-construction cleaning/clearing (not just domestic cleaning). • knowledge and independent use of professional chemical products (strippers, acids, industrial degreasers). • precision, speed and maximum attention to detail. • good knowledge of Italian • cat.B driver's license • self-driven (preferable) Employment details: • workplace Manno • 100% occupation • immediate employment, fixed-term until 30.09.2026 • shift work, Sunday work and holiday work • salary based on the CCL of the sector
