Mandate Manager Fiduciary with option for Team Leadership 80-100%

To strengthen our young and dynamic fiduciary team, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded personality as a Mandate Manager. In this role, you will take responsibility for your own mandate portfolio and have the opportunity to develop professionally and strategically.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of financial accounting with mandate responsibility
• Preparation of interim and annual financial statements
• Responsible for VAT returns and tax returns
• Support of demanding client portfolios
• Advising and accompanying our clients as a trusted contact person
• Coaching the assigned clerks of your mandates
• Active involvement in the further development of digital processes

What you bring with you:

• Expert diploma or Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Fiduciary or Finance & Accounting or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector
• Sound knowledge in the area of VAT and annual financial statements
• Very good German and good English skills (spoken & written)
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact, structured and reliable way of working
• Knowledge of ABACUS, bexio and/or odoo is an advantage
