Greenastic combines gardening expertise, online commerce and artificial intelligence to make outdoor landscaping projects more accessible.

Backed by a group, the company is entering a new phase of development. We are looking for an ambitious person to take charge of operations, develop sales and build this next stage with us.

A brand, a catalogue, offers, a CTO and service providers constitute the initial foundations of the project. The position to be taken is significant: transforming this potential into an activity that works, sells and grows.

You will work directly with the founder and participate in decisions, with a perspective of progressive entry into the capital.

From your arrival, you will take charge of several concrete missions:

• Relaunch and bring the online shop to life. Check product sheets, photos, prices, margins and product availability. Organize the follow-up of orders, deliveries and customer requests.
• Coordinate technical evolutions with the CTO. Report commercial and operational needs, define priorities together, follow developments and test the customer journey up to payment.
• Relaunch B2B activity. Prepare prospect files, organize the printing and sending of commercial letters, coordinate service providers and ensure campaign follow-up.
• Go after sales. Perform prospecting calls, mailings and follow-ups. Qualify needs, follow offers and accompany prospects until the order.
• Progressively build the team. Identify necessary skills, coordinate stakeholders, distribute tasks and monitor commitments.
• Make every franc work. Track expenses, sales and margins. Test actions with a controlled budget, understand what works and reinvest the results to accelerate.

Our mindset: looking for how to transform 1 CHF into 2 CHF, then reinvesting the generated margin to finance the next stage. Creating this growth dynamic with limited means will be an integral part of your mission.

You are hungry to build, to sell and to succeed. You like taking initiatives, picking up the phone, solving a problem and seeing an action through to the end. You also know how to question an idea when figures or customer feedback demand it.

You have already personally advanced an activity, a commercial project or an online shop. Your background may come from entrepreneurship, commerce, e-commerce or operations. What interests us: what you have achieved, your ability to learn and the energy you wish to invest in what follows.

The ambition is to allow you to take a major role in the development and, ultimately, in the management of Greenastic.
