We are looking for you – a self-employed, structured and service-oriented person as HR Generalist with Payroll | People & Culture 80–100 % (hybrid) Your daily business In this versatile function, you are responsible for the operational and administrative HR processes of our company. Together with our executives, you accompany the entire Employee Lifecycle – from entry to exit – and are a competent contact person for employees and superiors in all HR matters. Your varied range of tasks includes payroll processing including social insurance, HR administration, recruiting, and support in labor and personnel issues. You are also responsible for internal HR communication, organize employee events, and contribute to the further development of our HR processes. Additionally, you are responsible for commercial apprentice support. As an interface to our international HR team, you work closely with HR EMEA and support cross-departmental projects as well as the continuous development of our HR work. What you bring: Commercial basic training Further education as an HR specialist with a federal certificate of expertise Several years of professional experience in a comparable function Experience in payroll including social insurance and annual closures; knowledge of Abacus is an advantage. Good knowledge of labor and social insurance law. Good English skills in word and writing for exchange with HR EMEA and participation in international HR projects. Experience in an industrial environment is an advantage. You work independently, structured and foresightedly and gladly take on responsibility. You communicate openly and appreciatively and are a reliable contact person for employees and executives. You think beyond your own area of responsibility, recognize connections and implement topics pragmatically and solution-oriented.
