Quality Manager 80 - 100% (w/m) For our global headquarters in Pfäffikon/SZ we are looking for a Group Quality Manager. Together with the local organizations, you will implement the global quality strategy, initiate, conceptualize and lead site- and organization-crossing improvement projects in the area of quality, conduct audits and process warranty cases, customer complaints as well as quality problems from suppliers. Additionally, you will act as an interface between our strategic purchasing, development and Product Support and support the supplier and product qualification in particular. You will be in close exchange with the global quality organization and work with the various internal departments at all levels. This position within the Group Quality Management Team includes a significant analytical and conceptual component to develop and introduce the necessary foundations for further operational improvements (processes, tools and methods). YOUR TASKS Processing and analysis of supplier non-conformities, customer complaints and warranty claims as well as planning and implementation of measures Planning and implementation of internal audits (worldwide) Implementation and monitoring of measures as well as participation in certification audits Support in supplier qualification (assessment, audit, FAI) Support of development projects (requirements, risk analysis / FMEA, quality control plan, milestone reviews) as well as implementation and participation in process improvements Conceptualization, initiation and leadership of global improvement projects in the area of quality (processes, tools and methods) Training of employees (worldwide) WHAT YOU BRING Higher technical education with further training in quality management Several years of professional experience in the QM area (plant, machine construction or comparable industry) Knowledge of standards (ISO 9001) and experience with error and problem-solving methods (8D/9S) as well as in risk and hazard analysis (FMEA etc.) Very good communication skills in word and writing at all levels within the organization in German and English (with suppliers, customers, external offices) Enjoyment of conceptual work as well as its operational implementation Technical leadership competence is an advantage Secure handling in complex, changing environments Customer- and solution-oriented way of working Good presentation skills WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT You will work in a dynamic environment with short decision-making paths and plenty of room for your own ideas, where you can contribute and develop according to your inclinations and abilities.
